Our Services
Immerse Egypt designs tailor-made travel itineraries and proposals for individual travellers and travel professionals. Submitting an enquiry or contact form does not create a booking — it starts a conversation, and any itinerary we send you is a proposal until it is separately confirmed and agreed in writing.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing shown on this site is indicative only ("Tailored — request a quote"). Final pricing depends on your dates, group size, and preferences, and will be confirmed in your personalised proposal. Payment terms will be set out at the time of booking.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations to a confirmed booking are subject to the policies of the individual suppliers involved (hotels, transport, tour operators, etc.), which will be shared with you at the time of booking.
Travel Documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport, any required visas, and any health documentation needed for your trip. We're happy to advise, but final responsibility for travel documentation rests with the traveller.
Limitation of Liability
While we carefully select the partners and suppliers we work with, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to events caused by third-party suppliers, natural events, or force majeure.
